Grandparent Uncontested Petition for Guardianship of Minor - FREE (must pay filing fees and costs)
 
Durable Power of Attorney - $100 (1 person)/$150 (couple)
 
Basic Will - $200 (1 person)/$300 (couple)
 
Will and Durable Power of Attorney - $250 (1 person)/$350 (couple)
 
Transfer-On-Death Deed - $150 (plus filing fees)
 
Revocable Living Trust (includes pourover will and up to 2 deeds) - $500 (plus filing fees)
 
Uncontested Adult Guardianship - $700 (plus filing fees and costs)
 
Guardianship Annual Reports - $250 (plus filing fees)
 
Uncontested Summary Administration Probate - $1,000 (plus filing fees and costs)
 
Document Review - $25
 
For all other non-litigation services, clients select an hourly rate ranging from $65 to $95.
Senior Law Resource Center staff attorneys provide affordable legal services to seniors and caregivers in Central Oklahoma.
 
Our staff attorneys are happy to make house calls.
 
We have set rates for routine legal services. For other types of services, clients select from a range of hourly rates based on ability to pay. We also offer flexible payment plans and do not require a retainer fee. There are no income or age eligibility requirements.
 
We do not handle criminal matters, bankruptcy, or general family law issues.
